These terms govern your access to and use of Mpige Kanji, a mobile application that provides curated football betting picks and related information. Mpige Kanji is based at City Mall, 1st Floor, Junction of Bibi Titi and Morogoro Rd, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Not a betting operator

Mpige Kanji is an information platform only. We do not accept bets, hold betting stakes, or process betting payouts. Any bets you place are made directly with third-party bookmakers such as SportyBet, under those bookmakers’ own terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use sports-betting-related information services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws and the rules of any bookmaker you use.

The service

The app may show slips, odds, expiry times, and booking codes. Some content may require payment to unlock. Information is provided for convenience and may change or contain errors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Payments

Unlock purchases, where offered, are for access to information in the app. They are not wagers with Mpige Kanji. Payment prompts may be handled by third-party channels (for example mobile money / USSD). Unlock purchases are non-refundable.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for betting losses, bookmaker decisions, or outcomes of bets you place elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
